eBay

I recently sold a brand new item and specifically listed no returns because it was brand new and sealed. I shipped the product out (which cost $25) to the customer and now they claim that it was not brand new and requested a return. It was still seal...

I just sold a few items and noticed eBay took 12% of my total....Plus PayPal (Who is owned by eBay) took another 3%...... This is ridiculous!!!! http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/fees.html Is there any way to get these fees lowered for future listings....
