Hi I Just Called Paypal,They don't know when this issue is going to be
corrected.I was told that my balance in Paypal was correct that the new
money had been added but it wasn't.They said they don't know when the
system will be fixed, but don't worry...

I think the seller is getting buyers that watch the movie and then they
want their money back.I think that is their issue.They are selling
movies that they had watched and then they sell them..Kind like having a
garage sale.
I feel like you do a lot of times also. You can't win for losing. You
