USPS has attempted 3 times to deliver my package to buyer. I messaged buyer about the situation, but they have not replied back. Calling their post office is a joke - recording that loops. What’s my next step (if any) as the seller? Thank you.

Shipping to UK from US without using the Global Shipping Program

How do I change a listing to allow a buyer from the UK to purchase. He will pay additional postage. I usually only ship within the US. Where do I find shipping services available? The item is very lightweight. Thank you.

Seller wants me to send 3 separate purchases back in one box

I purchased 3 identical items from one seller, each paid for separately with their own unique eBay transaction number.I received 2 of the items in one box and 1 item in it's own box.All three items were decribed as New, but they were obviously opened...

Buyer didn't pay on BIN item

Buyer but did not pay. I thought immediate payment is required for BIN. Is that no longer true & can I cancel this sale to relist for the weekend?
