I have not gotten emails for the past two days about my saved searches. Anyone else have this issue?

There are a few people who keep outbiding others and have over 100 bid retractions per month. I suspect shilling but have no way to report them as I am not the seller and only have the annonymous abbreviations for their names. What to do?
