Under Payments Tab... is Payouts. On Payouts page, at the top, it shows
options for the Payout ID#, Order #, or Buyer ID to show in the 2nd
column. The options are there, but try as I might, I can't get it to
reset or change from Payout ID to Order #...

I used Business Policies, but eBay doesn't make it easy, as the page
doesn't stay "up" after making a change and you have to go thru the
hassle of clicking thru to it again and again!!
Yes!! When you are completing the form to buy the label... filling in
the weight, dimensions, etc. ... further down on the form, after all the
shipping choices, is the option to NOT show the label cost. Click on
that. No price will show on the label....
You need to go to your Account Preferences and opt out of the new eBay
Global Shipping Program if you don't want eBay to hijack all your
international shipping! You were automatically added to the program.The
