why cant i send a combined invoice to a global shipping customer.this can easily be shipped together but its giving be a big red warning that i cannot send a combined invoice ......ughmore issues with this GS program..... please help.

After an item is reported- who decides if it's an honest report? Is the item reviewed or is it just automatically removed? I listed something I believe to be genuine but it was reported and removed. Thanks all!
