I purchased a USPS Priority Mail label last night and tracking on Ebay's
and USPS site states the item was received in Virginia at 2:31 AM. This

Wrong! I was not trying to dispute anything but it was very confusing to
me because the transaction amount was alway listed as 13.25%. I do do my
calculations w/o the $.30 fee. I wish I had realized that they were
actually charging 13.25% not the 13....
