Thanks. They are taking care of it. I was hoping there was a way to do it through the website since calling is such a pain. The automated system recognized the dispute and told me to work it out with the seller but I managed to get to a live person

I just looked at the details of all of these cases. On one of them, the buyer's name on ebay, paypal, and the mailing address are all the same. On the 2 other ones, there are 3 different names on the ebay account, paypal and the delivery address.
