Package was shipped on 1/3/18, stopped in transit on the 6th. Has not been tracked since. USPS said not there problem, it's a prepaid Ebay mailer on the package, talk to Ebay. Ebay Help says contact shipper which is USPS. Catch 22! What do I do? How ...

Got a suprise this morning when I printed a shipping labeland there was no longer a discount. My cost went from $2.04to $2.60. I don't recall receiving a notice from Ebay that therewas no longer a discount. Did I miss something?
