buyer bought & paid for wrong item. I sent 4 emails informing buyer they
purchased wrong item and should cancel the order. No response from
buyer. so I cancelled the order and issued a refund. however, I am
charged a fee. what can I do
I sold a set of dishes and buyer posted address as PO box. It is to be
sent USPS parcel. Do you think there will be a problem with this. I sent
an email to the buyer and asked for a street address.
