I researched and can't find anything on this outfit. It's a velvety type, has a modern Barbie label, plastic snaps on the coat and Velcro on the back of the pants. The pants barely fits Ken's waist but maybe it belongs to Barbie???

I believe the brunette doll is Cool Tops Courtney. The blonde appears to be a 80's/90's Barbie with a broken neck. Does her head come off?

Appears to be the right head. It looks like the bangs have been cut as I see rooting holes in that area (the holes shouldn't look that prominent). Take a closer look with a magnifying glass and see if there are stubs of hair.
