Hover over your first name in the upper left hand corner of most eBay
pages, then click on Account Settings. Go to personal information and
click on the edit link to the right of the name line.
Am trying to comprehend the problem, if one really exists. Did you
return the item by any means other than using the label the seller sent
you? If so, keep track of the tracking number for your shipment, it will
not be needed unless the seller claims...
You have been a member since October, 2003, that was twelve years ago,
so you must be fully aware that feedback is optional and voluntary, that
at least half of all eBay users seldom or never leave feedback. So there
is nothing you can do to force so...
