Regarding Protections For Sellers Who Offer Free 30 Day Or Longer
Returns. Are listings in the Collectible Category with Free 14 Day
Returns afforded the same coverage?, or do they have to have Free 30 Day
Returns as well?
I'd like to know the answer as well. Tracking shows a red dot on 'In
Transit'. Why?, does it mean there's a delivery exception or what. I
even called eBay about their system and no one seems to know the answer.
