A friend of mine wants to list this Monet brooch, but doesn't know when
it was created... OR what it is. She thinks it's a rabbit; I think it's

The items you've listed have eBay's *Or Best Offer* feature...
auto-decline is a function of this feature. As the seller, you can set
these listings to automatically decline Best Offers below the minimum
amount you're willing to accept for the items....
