A buyer opened a item not received case I'm trying to get info from him
but he won't answer me ,you can't call eBay and talk to a live person ,
now my payments are on hold what should I do.
I recently sold a light fixture what I thought would be the shipping
charges is much more now I don't know what to do I'm not going to ship
it and loose 100 bucks and help on what I should do.

I agree sellers get the shaft on eBay sold 4 diecast models it a buyer
in Canada, somehow between in shipping or the buyer destroyed them they
were sent back to me in pieces the buyer got a full refund and I took
the loss.
