How to Remove Unpaid Item Claim Opened by the Auto Assistant: The 32 days is too long to wait for pa

I used the Auto-Assistant to enter a claim for an unpaid item, but it was set to open 32 days later. I need to remove this or edit it to a smaller wait period before the claim is opened. How can this be done?
