I am unable to connect ebay chat for the last 4 hours.. it connects and then discounts autometcially after 5 seconds and give error "chat session ended" is there any problem with chat? how can i connect with helpline chat ?

I am working on eBay for more then 6 years now. Do ebay give any kind of certificate showing that i have a online business on ebay.
