I was in a comunication with one seller, about a item that was nothing like was discribed, I diceded to return, but he think that the ship is too expensive and we make a deal that he give back 53£ and we cancel the dispute... After I accepted, he ask...

I sold a watch on ebay, but the seller didn´t pay me and asked me to cancel the deal... I canceled the deal... And ebay still send me a bill to charge me the fee of 159usHow can I reach ebay to retract this fee???
