I am having the same issue today about no services available. Is this
just a glitch for today I wonder? Customers won't be happy if their
items aren't shipped out .
I thought my store was turned off too! I am not getting any traffic. So
that is why I checked on the discussion group to see if something was
going on. I don't want to leave eBay either but I also don't want to
have a negative balance either.

I just asked about this very same thing. Change the item value to the
next rounded off figure and then the label will print. Thank you for
