The label printed scrunched up and cut off part of the bar code. I
cannot make it reprint and ebay will not let me void the label and make
a new one. How can I overcome this problem?
There was no "exchange" option when he created the return so he canceled
it. Now it won't let him create a return again and I can't send him a
return label. Help topics are useless on this matter.
