I had read that eBay was beginning USPS first class letter service for
certain categories under $20. Supposed to start today but I cannot find

Not sure what happened but today I noticed that the 11 labels I bought
and put on packages were fine BUT the Scan Form generated said 15

Might have figured it out: I had purchased 4 labels yesterday and did
not print a scan form so eBay added to today's purchases for the purpose
of the scan form. Is this how this works?
