HOW DO YOU CONTACT A LIVE PERSON????? I’ve exhausted all avenues given

I see I'm at the end of my limits, but that was for May. Trying to list
now but it says I've reached my limits. Where's the link so I can see
how many more listings I can do under my program.
I spoke with an eBay rep and he walked me through the procedure. Easy.
Go to MANAGE ACTIVE LISTINGS. Click on the box to the left of the items
you want to end. Then click on the ACTIONS. First action is "END".
