I sent a seller an offer for an item which he accepted. But when I committed to buy it came up as 93 items instead of one. The seller cancelled the mistake and sent another email but it shows that I have committed to buy the item and won't let me pay...

Does anyone know what Destination port arrival means in Speedpak shipping? Surely this doesn't mean it's already in the USA from China? I ordered it 8/21. If it does mean that will it continue to track in the USA? Thanks!
