Just tell them they need to ship it back to you & when the item is
received you'll return the $. Sometimes when the buyer has to actually
work to return the item, the problem magically goes away.
If eBay would come out with their own crypto currency to use
specifically on the site, it would open up a whole new world for eBay.
They could collect transaction fees & get around the consumer protection
laws. Product sold as is no refunds would act...
