The USPS returned the shipped item because it was unable to deliver it &
there was no forwarding address. I sent a message to the buyer but have
not received a reply. What is my next step?
I received a message from a bidder that is local and would like to
pick-up the item and not pay postage. I tried to add that option to my
listing but as there is bids on the auction I was unable too. Is there a
way to do this.
