I can not list ad. I was able to relist one item-no problem. But can not
list new ones . when i get to sumitting listing part- that blue arrow
just spins and nothing happens. Can not preview or save-does same thing.

I can relist an old listing that did not sell, but can not list a new
item...it gets stuck when I click on preview or save and the screen goes
grey and waiting arrow goes around and around? Did this yesterday and
now?????
