shipment or answered message till my return. Shipping time was correctly
adjusted on My Ebay page, but notice did not show on the listings. Now I
have irate customers. And cance...
The buyer messaged me requesting that the last four digits of his credit
card be noted on the invoice. He said he needs it for his CPA. I thought
that with managed payments we sellers never see the credit card number.
Am I mistaken?
I refunded a buyer because her package was not delivered by USPS in over
a month. (Holiday season 2020 of course.) She finally received the
package and is so pleased with it that she wants to pay me after all!

I have seen in another discussion that Ebay considers the kiosk scan as
accepted for the purposes of on-time mailing but USPS will not consider
it alone in responding to an insurance claim. So eBay yes and USPS maybe
not.
