Can I use a credit card to pay for shipping through ebay instead of having it come out of pay-pal?

I want to take advantage of a cash back credit card with my ebay exspenses. I have set it up for my seller fees. But am wondering if I can use it for purchasing shipping instead of having the funds come straight out of pay-pal??
