Possible weather delays. There was a winter storm in TX, GA and other
parts of the southeast and northeast on those dates. Here in GA roads
were iced over on the 17th and 18th and there were no mail deliveries on
those days.
I have had several Priority Mail packages take 3 days instead of 2 days
this month. I had one Priority Mail package take 5 days to go from
Georgia to California. I am hoping that it is just weather delays with
the recent winter storms.
