I have two framed prints / posters with this attractive embossed foil (?) print technique-- wish I knew what it is called-- they each have a mark/stamp (pictured). Will appreciate any ideas!

I have a vintage Japanese bayonet and have been able to ascertain by its mark that it was made in a Tokyo arsenal-- however, its handle is bakelite and I don't see similarly-handled bayonets on the internet so am having a difficult time iding this-- ...
