I was chatting with an agent yesterday and she suggested that I contact
the seller AGAIN.I have done that to no avail.Now, how can I progress to

It seems that certain eBay sellers have discovered a way to cheat their
customers and get away with it. All they have to do is keep stringing
the customer along and delaying him from filing a case until it is too
late for them to do so. Specific case...
I bought an expensive item that worked for 158 days and then suddenly
