I was chatting with an agent yesterday and she suggested that I contact the seller AGAIN.I have done that to no avail.Now, how can I progress to the next level?I can't even see how to re-enter another chat session (or call or email to a human).
When I click on return an item, I get this message.We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again.I have tried it several times over a 12 hour period. Same message.What could cause this?What should I do?
