I accidentally refunded a buyer on an item I did not receive yet can I
get my money back? I refunded them the amount when I thought it was
their item and it was not. How and can I get my money back? It was an
expensive item.
I sent the wrong item to buyer. I just received item and am sending them
the correct item. Ebay is telling me to refund them and not giving me
the option for an exchange. Can you tell me how resolve this? Thank you.
