HATE HATE HATE the new listing format and when checking message boards
it is obvious I am not alone. When will eBay stop messing with
everything. If it aint broke don't fix it. At least give the option to
use the old format. I have been teetering on ...
When trying to answer an ebayers question about one of my items I get
this message - "Your account is not authorized to use this feature due
to your account status." What does this mean and what can I do to
correct it?
When I click on reply to an interested buyers question I get this
message "Your account is not authorized to use this feature due to your
account status." What the hell is that?
The buyer has not paid after sending numerous invoices. I understand
that I can cancel the transaction after 4 days but when I attempt it I
get a message "This order has either been marked as shipped, or tracking
details have been added."
I don't have to learn it. I know how to use it but is a huge step
backwards from the old method especially for people using a pc. No
provision to use html.
