I received a message that a buyer who has already paid for their item
and shipping, now would like to pick it up since they only live a couple
of towns over from me. How do I go about refunding the shipping so i
don't get dinged?
I am having the same issue. Another day, another glitch. I cannot go any

Earlier this morning, my financial summary said that the last payout was
