Two items sent with tracking numbers, but without showing delivered,
buyers open INR cases, and eBay refunds both of them out of their
pocket, with no negative effect on my account. Is this the kinder,
gentler eBay? Christmas gifts? I am surprised.
Revise your postcard listings that may have had a free gallery image
upgrade to remove the upgrade or you will pay $1.00 for EACH listing
that renews, as I discovered this morning. Don't wait, do it now. eBay
won't refund those charges.
