I had heard about the expense concern some time ago. I think it will
work better for me to opt out but to keep deciding case by case which
listings to offer internationally. That's worked pretty well in the
past.
Thanks for the clarification. I've generally had good luck with
international sales, aside from a couple of possible con jobs, but now
and then I just don't want to take the risk. Guess I'll opt out
