I thought this was Japanese, Kutani? but was curious if anyone could be
definitive based on the enamel work and character mark. 8.25" high.

When I first saw this piece I thought it was a Cambridge blank, but
after going through some of my stuff it's not?? Anyway, 10 3/4" high, 4"
wide. If you recognize the blank, head me in the right direction so I
don't spent most of my 60's looking at ...

So, I'm not too smart. I did a Google text translate and it's Chinese
"guo yuan kiln". So it is a Famille Rose figures vase (but I suspect
this one is relatively recent).
This is what came up on Google Images, from Merces Gallery, they were
calling it a Famille Rose "Figures" Vase. But which Chinese character
marks and poem on reverse.
The OP didn't provide a pic of the bases, but these were typically hand
blown (I'm sure a pic of the base would reveal a slightly recessed
unfinished pontil mark). IMHO these both are Bohemian.
