Seller has the item back and all my money - Ebay doesn't seem to care

Seller sold a pair of boots as the wrong size. I returned them and received nothing back. Fraud!! I've called Ebay twice but their customer "service" is no help. Watch out for this seller who has no knowledge about sizing, and no ethics.
