I purchased a laptop item number 156137663363 was to be delivered April
2nd. I was home all day nothing was delivered. Later checked tracking

I BIN'd a cell phone within an hour seller cancelled sale and refunded
no longer in stock. Only had one listed. Went to leave feedback but
listing is not in my bought items list. How do I find the listing to
leave feedback? Thank you
If you receive from Amazon and it has a gift tag inside, report to
Amazon and they will ban them. I do that and they do ban them, but eBay
will do nothing to those sellers if you report them even though it
violates eBay rules.
