So with the new policy am I still allowed to insert a link to a non-eBay site for reference material (i.e. specific information about the item for typing or production timeline) as long as there are no non-eBay sales listings?

I keep getting unusual colors on my pages as they load such as a black background, green portions across some of the photos and other wierd stuff. I've made no page preference changes, using Internet Explorer 10 and not having the issue with Chrome. ...
