I bought 29 items from a chines seller, he sent me only half, but
because there is delivery proof ebay closed in HIS favor, even though
his feedback shows he's done it in the past. I'm pretty shocked that
ebay sided with him, and is the only recourse...
for years my items arrived, all the time, this past year, almost none of
them have arrived, and now when i click contact seller to get a refund,
a note comes from EBAY saying i have to pay for the item first. my
paypal shows that i did pay for it. ho...
Do we really need to come to ebay and check to see if we sold anything
every day? Is it odd that I didn't get a notice from BOTH places ? It
was on Thanksgiving and I feel bad about the buyer, I hope she believes
me. I don't sell much so I don't come...
Just wanted to share that for the first time ever I've had a real and
easy experience calling ebay. Though it is so aggrevating that a
customer can open a case and never come back to close it.......... at

I just spent a half hour on the phone with them to find out why I had 3
'active' stores, and she said my acc't was hacked. After all the time of
trying to figure it out......... she ended up telling me that ebay must
have just GIVEN ME the stores but...
The fees don't go up for that reason, the seller pays the fee for amazon
to ''pick and pack'' the item. It's comon, normal, and completely
allowed on amazon. As I said, the extra cost is charged to the seller.

seems that every time i want to make a shipping label i have to sign in
with a text from my phone and it's very inconvenient. i regret accepting
the double verification.
