I cancelled an item and ebay says the refund would take about 7 days. I never received the refund but I was charged for the item.

I have been waiting for three weeks to get an item. Bought it 1/18/22. I contacted the seller wishing to cancel the order because I had found it cheaper. I contacted the seller for six times. The item was suppose to arrive 2/2/22. No item, no word an...
