I sold an item to someone in France. I used eBay Global Shipping. Today,
1 week later I came home to find that eBay sent it TO ME instead of my
buyer. **bleep**!? I cannot find a way to F call ebay
I just went to use the " Mark Down Manager ". With NO NOTICE there is
someting completely different but... probably I missed the happy horse
**bleep** that they send out . Anyway, I went through all the steps,
clicked on launch and Booo..... NOTHING ...

that there may be a delay in shipping so eBay needs to adhere to that.
