I sell some stuff but I met all scammer. I sold 1775$ in 2 months but I just recieve 1732$. I thought done. but now I realize I owe 763$ even I canceled all cheating transaction. please help me resolve this.

I really angry and disappointed. Because I couldn't sell any for two months. I always meet scammer. They purchasing but not paying.and try to cheat.I cancelled and report very much. But I can't list again because limitation and must waiting for a wee...
