Can a seller cancel a sale saying they made a mistake in the listing? If so, than can a seller use this excuse to cancel a sale if they do not receive as much as they wanted during the auction?

New format...pictures will not load as they did in past (from computer). have added photos several times in past but can no longer add photos and therefore cannot list an item.
