I saw that all records in watching list and ended list were suddenly disappear......anybody can help? Anything wrong in eBay system??

Hi, I bought an item but no reply from seller when to ship out. Im afraid he will not honor the shipment of good.Ive paid by paypal, seems cant cancel the order.How could i get my money back if i dont want it anymore?ThksDavid
