Yeah...you spend all those hours typing descriptions to stay at a zero feedback ...have a nice day
So desperate for attention that you're digging up posts from three months ago to respond to? We already know you have no concept of what a "posting ID" is; you don't have to keep embarrassing yourself.

If you are still within the time frame, call Paypal tomorrow and see if they can do anything for you The Paypal customer service seems to be located in this country with people who speak English as a first language, and not like the ebay customer service that is in the Phillipines and run by some 3rd party outfit.I believe Paypal gives a 45 day time frame on filing a complaint.
I think the only thing you have to hang your hat on is that you say the buyer never answered any of your inqueries. Although, you could have asked for contact information i.e a phone number of your seller. Your excuse that the item was being shipped from outside the country and that didn't sit well with you is lame. Part of the ebay Buyer Protection Program is that you have an actual complaint and not an anticipation of something being wrong and your possibly having to pay return postage when you found that unfair. Also, as I previously suggested to you, if your list the item number assuming this listing was fairly recent, you're likely to get a number a people here, who could or would have pointed you in the right direction. Good Luck with this.

The issue here was not where the item was being sent from, but was it satisfactory for what you were using it for when it arrived. To find this out, you needed to open the package, and try the product out and see if it was what the seller stated he was sending you in the listing. By refusing to even examine what you bought, you violated the buyer protection program. Go down to the site map at the bottom of this page and pull up the pages on the buyer protection program, and read the different topics. As an aside to your problem, isn't just about everything to do with software etc made in some Asian country these days?
If you want further analysis of the listing and your problem, post the item number so others can pull it up and read it. I suggest you start it as a new topic and posting explaining the problem again with the listing number. In other words, don't continue it in this thread which is hugely lengthy. You can leave out all the stuff about customer service. Just say you contacted them (customer service) and they sided with the buyer.

I got burnt by TRANSGLOBAL auto in Saint Paul, MN. They are selling *NEW* OEM (ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURE)crankshaft and camshaft sensors for Nissan autos. They are shipping them in PLAIN plastic bags. EBay's definition of NEW, is original bags, boxes and packing. These are knockoffs manufactured in China I would guess to who knows what specifications. I even questioned them about this and they assured me, they are OEM. I close my case with eBay and installed them in my son's car. 10 days later in California, his car quit and had to be towed to a mechanic. They tested a bunch of stuff but not the sensors as he told them I just put them in. They said the ECM, (electronic control module) was blowing a fuse and may be bad. No way to know for sure. $1000 for the ECM, but all that was left hook up to the ECM were these 2 sensors. I talk with the mechanic and told him to try one more time with those sensors unplugged and guess what. BAD SENSORS because they are junk! I was out $387 for the repair and paid TRANSGLOBAL auto $60 for the junk sensors. EBay said the buyer protection was not good because I INSTALL THE PARTS! So, I guess you are to put parts on the self and admire them? I looked at TRANSGLOBAL's feedback and found 2 other parties that bought sensors and also had repairs of over $1000. So, over $1400 between the 3 of us in 5 months and eBay still allows this person to sell these as *NEW* OEM shipped in plain plastic bags. Buyer protection does nothing. EBay does nothing. Why, easy. This seller has almost 12000 sales and who is making eBay more cash? And those of us that are honest get bent over. By the way, the REAL new OEM sensors set me back $182 plus a trip to the dealer 40 miles away. I trusted TRANSGLOBAL auto and got the shaft, they get to keep on selling. Be careful what you buy and always use OEM parts if they are electrical. It will save you money in the long run, which is what they told me I was buying. LIES, ALL LIES.

EBAY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR SELLERS I HAVE EVER SEEN! I HAVE A 97% POSITIVE FEED BACK ON EVERYTHING I HAVE SOLD ON EBAY. BUT THEY ARE WORKING ON AN ASSUMPTION LADDER WHICH MAKES NO SENSE. THE SAY THAT OUR PERCENTAGE WAS "BELOW AVERAGE" ... HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE WITH 97% POSITIVE FEED BACK! THEY OFFERED NO REAL EXPLANATION... EXCEPT FOR THE ROUTINE PARAGRAPH THEY KEEP READING OVER AND OVER! EVER SINCE THEY HAD THEIR SECURITY BROKEN THOUGH THEY ACT LIKE A CHILD WHO'S BALLOON HAS BEEN POPPED! HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR YOUR SELLERS! I MEAN YOU GUYS GIVE THE BUYER MORE PROTECTION THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE. I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE BUY THINGS SWITCH THEM OUT WITH SOMETHING DIFFERENT SEND IT BACK AND COMPLAIN ABOUT NOT GETTING WHAT THE "ORDERED" AND WITH OUT YOU DOING ANY REAL RESEARCH YOU GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY BACK!? WHILE THE SELLER GETS SCREWED BY HAVING TO PAY THAT BACK AND NOT GETTING THEIR REAL ITEM BACK! HOW IS THAT FAIR? IF YOUR GOING TO CLOSE/SUSPEND AN ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOU ARE TRYING TO UP YOUR STANDARDS (SO I'VE BEEN TOLD) TO GO ABOVE YOUR COMPETITORS YOU SHOULD DO IT RIGHT.
