Cuckoo clock only cuckoos once on the hour

Can you please help me to get my cuckoo clock to cuckoo the right amount of times on the hour.  Each hour it only cuckoos once and then the music plays.  It does one cuckoo on the half hour and music plays.  How can I get the clock to cuckoo the correct hour?

Their are a number of things that could cause this to happen. All will require removing the movement from the clock to fix.  Cuukoos are not the first clock you want to try to fix.
