ok any thoughts on Id German 151 4/0 antique doll shoulder head

Hi finally got the number right on this doll I just got. Back of head only saids Germany under it is 151   4/0  love to know who made it.

The "151" is a mold number and the "4/0" is a size number.  Your doll was made circa 1900 or so, Simon & Halbig made a doll with that mold number. Your doll would be described as a "dolly face" doll with sleep eyes and an open mouth with teeth.
