Did you receive the item? Ebay pulled the ad because the seller listing had a violation.

You can open a INR if you haven't received the ite yet.

Aside from filing a claim with eBay:

1. If sent USPS it might be entail mail fraud so file a complaint with the postal inspectors.

2. Complaint with the attorney general in your state and the seller's state.
